I am 5'11. Through living a healthy life style I lost 28 pounds. Since then I've stacked on 8 pounds (3-4 kilos). Join me in my journey to get back into shape and enjoy life!

DAY 1 of my plan :)

Day One

Breakfast: Greek Yoghurt, green tea and an orange

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Heaps of green crunchy veggies 

Snack: Yoghurt and green tea

Dinner: More crunchy veggies and some grilled chicken 

Plus lots of water!

Exercise: An hour of Pilates, Cardio with my PT and half an hour of stretching

I have been asked to do a test shoot with a reputable company in Australia. I have 25ish days (date not confirmed) to get into tip top perfect shape.

I’m now on a super lean green diet! Wish me luck! It’s day one !
